Wills:

When you decide that it is time to start preparing a Will, our Attorneys here at Bush Law Firm, will sit down with you and discuss your options and wishes and we will ensure your Will adequately reflects who and where you want your personal and real property distributed to.

To make the process quick and efficient we have attached a Questionnaire that will familiarize you with the questions that we will ask during the consultation.

You may also want to consider an Advance Directive for Health Care Power of Attorney. This document combines the characteristics of both the living will and the durable power of attorney for healthcare and still allows people to choose for themselves the medical care they want when they are no longer able to communicate with doctors or family.

Those persons who already had living wills and/or durable powers of attorney for healthcare are allowed to keep the forms that they have and they are still legally binding until they are revoked. The Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare was repealed or removed from the law and the Living Will law was completely rewritten and replaced. We can assist in the preparation of this and also General Power of Attorneys.
